4. Customer checks & referencing

However, the finance providers or lenders may make use of credit scoring facilities and credit referencing agencies to establish the eligibility of the customer during the assessment.
Credit checks and credit reference agencies can also help prevent against fraudulent requests. Information provided by the client must be based on accuracy and precision. Any fraudulent identity will be considered as criminal and a breach of the agreement, which may lead to criminal proceedings against the client.
